Here are answers to the most frequent questions we are asked.

DELIVERY

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

Boho & Blyth is based in Halesworth, Suffolk, England. We ship to the United Kingdom and on request to other countries. Please contact us at style@bohoandblyth.com if you live outside the UK and wish us to get a quote for shipping for you.

WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE?

The use Royal Mail for delivery and for some items we may use DHL or other express delivery services.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes we do but please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Please email style@bohoandblyth.com

CAN I PAY FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY?

RETURNS

CAN MY ORDER BE RETURNED?

To exchange or return an item please post to Boho & Blyth, 58 Thoroughfare, Halesworth, Suffolk IP19 8AR.

Please include your full name and the order number and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you would like to exchange the item please state the size and colour you require.

When returning items you are responsible for any shipping costs involved. If the item is faulty we will reimburse the shipping cost.

Please note returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is returned unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging with the tag in place. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN WINDOW?

Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

WILL I GET A FULL REFUND?

Once we receive the returned item and it has been inspected we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved for a refund we will refund to the payment method you used on purchase the full amount minus the shipping cost. A credit to your account will be received within a number of days depending on your card issuer’s policy.
